    Abstract: 本研究計畫之重點在於評估應用微載體技 術(Microcarrier)於產製日本腦炎疫苗之可行性,探 討利用微載體培養Vero細胞及繁殖病毒之各種 最適條件,依此發展出一個高效率、低成本之 日本腦炎疫苗製造產程,做為日後擴大化生產 之依據.實施方法茲簡單條例如下:(1)攪拌瓶( Spinner flask)培養產程之建立;(2)適當培養基之尋 求;(3)微載體之篩選;(4)Vero細胞最適生長條件之 尋求;(5)JE病毒生產條件之最適化(Optimization);(6)實驗室規模發酵槽(Fermentor)產程之建立;(7)成本 效益之評估.
