    Abstract: The article presents a study conducted by the authors on chemical compounds of liriodendron chinense's leaves. It states that methanol (MeOH) extract investigation led to the isolation of 16 compounds which included seven alkaloids, asimilobine and liriodenine. It mentions that silica gel was used to purify 11,13-dehydrolanuginolide and epitulipinolide diepoxide.
