    Abstract: 本研究在移動相中添加S-β-環糊精於甲醇與水混合溶液,利用RP-C18靜相管柱分離萘酚和萘甲醚位置異構物,並探討移動相中甲醇含量對這些分析物分離的影響。經由層析圖可知,添加1g/L S-β-環糊精於甲醇與水適當比例的移動相中,利用RP-C18靜相管柱可以基線分離萘酚和萘甲醚位置異構物。本研究利用理論計算得到萘酚和萘甲醚個別與β-環糊精之錯合物結構,分析其中氫鍵作用力之差異,推測萘酚與S-β-環糊精之間的氫鍵作用力在滯留次序上扮演重要角色。
