    Abstract: 台灣目前的法規模式是美國環保署發展之ISCST3模式,但正評估擬以同樣為美國環保署發展之AERMOD模式取代ISCST3模式。本論文從低風速、複雜地形、建築物下洗等三個面向比較AERMOD和ISCST3模式模擬結果之差異性與優劣性。以上三個評估面向之評估結果顯示AERMOD模式的表現均優於ISCST3模式。本文也利用風洞實驗室進行簡單之煙流擴散實驗,實驗結果也顯示煙流在低風速、複雜地形、建築物影響條件下,其行為比較符合AERMOD模式的機制設計。
