    Abstract: UVB 照射對皮膚造成傷害,其中造成皮膚增殖能力的加快,是一重大影響。本研究希望就UVB 照射導致皮膚增殖能力加快現象做機轉探討。NO(一氧化氮)是角質細胞經由UVB 照射後會產生的一種不穩定氣體,本研究探討NO 藉由對角質細胞β2-adrenergic adenylate cyclase system 的調控,對細胞內的鈣離子產生作用,進而影響角質細胞的增殖作用。因此,UVB 照射造成NO 的產生,進而對角質細胞β2-adrenergic adenylate cyclase system 的調控,及細胞內的鈣離子產生作用, 因而造成皮膚增殖作用影響的機轉探討,是本研究所要探討的目標。
